YourClaw provides infrastructure management services that enable you to deploy and manage dedicated AI-powered instances. Our service allows you to:

  • Provision dedicated compute instances on cloud infrastructure
  • Configure and deploy AI assistants using third-party AI APIs
  • Connect your instances to messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord, etc.)
  • Monitor and manage your infrastructure

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

You must create an account to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session
  • Keep your API keys and credentials secure

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

  • Use the service for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive operations not related to AI deployment

5. API Keys and Third-Party Services

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and securing your own API keys for third-party services (such as Anthropic's Claude API). You agree to:

  • Comply with all terms and conditions of third-party API providers
  • Monitor and manage your API usage and costs
  • Ensure your API keys are kept secure and not shared with unauthorized parties

Third-Party Terms

Your use of third-party APIs through our service is subject to the terms and conditions of those providers. We are not responsible for any changes, interruptions, or terminations of third-party services.

6. Fees and Payment

Service Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services as described in our pricing plans. Fees are billed on a subscription basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Third-Party Costs

You are responsible for all costs associated with third-party services you use through our platform, including but not limited to:

  • Cloud infrastructure costs (AWS, etc.)
  • AI API usage fees (Anthropic, etc.)
  • Data transfer and storage costs

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your service. You are responsible for any fees incurred during suspension periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Service Availability and Support

Service Level

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Support

We provide support through email and our dashboard. Response times vary based on your subscription plan and the nature of the issue.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of any content, data, or configurations you provide through our service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

9. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

YourClaw and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our service.

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create or deploy using our service. However, you grant us a license to host, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide our services.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us become our property, and we may use them without compensation or attribution.

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your instances will be shut down and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Fail to pay fees when due
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse our service or support resources

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days unless we are required to retain it for legal purposes. You remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YourClaw and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content or data you submit through our services

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where YourClaw is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and YourClaw regarding our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service provider failures.
